"We are now beginning our fifth year here. During that period of time I have had few occasions to call maintenance for ‘in-house' assistance so my experience with that portion of the staff has been minimal and the results range from good to poor. This week I put in an order for a plumping concern which resulted from increased water pressure following repair of the broken water pipes in the parking lot. When Rolando arrived, he thought it would be a 30 minute job, but it into a 2½ hour job, which he did with a smile on his face. He cleaned up the mess before he left, well after 7pm. Rolando is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable and has a high work ethic and knows his stuff. All of which is why he has been with JLC now for 12 years. Thank you for placing him here at Williamsburg."
